2. Service Description

PhotonStream provides AI-powered lead generation and social media advertising services. Our services include:

• Lead discovery and qualification using artificial intelligence
• Social media advertising campaign management
• Network integration and reach amplification
• Performance analytics and reporting

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our services are offered on a performance-based pricing model:

• Social Media Leads: $40 per qualified lead
• Premium Advertising: $50 per qualified lead
• Enterprise Solutions: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due upon delivery of qualified leads. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. No setup fees or monthly subscriptions are required.

4. Lead Qualification Standards

Qualified leads must meet the following criteria:

• Genuine interest in your products or services
• Meet demographic and firmographic requirements specified in your campaign
• Provide accurate contact information
• Have not opted out of marketing communications

5. Lead Replacement Guarantee

If a delivered lead does not meet the agreed-upon qualification criteria, we will provide a replacement lead at no additional cost. Replacement requests must be submitted within 30 days of lead delivery with supporting documentation.

6. Data Privacy and Protection

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Respond to leads in a timely and professional manner

8. Limitation of Liability

PhotonStream's liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific leads in question. We are not responsible for the client's ability to convert leads into sales or the ultimate success of marketing campaigns.

9. Intellectual Property

All proprietary technology, algorithms, and methodologies used in our lead generation services remain the exclusive property of PhotonStream. Clients may not reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to replicate our systems.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due, and access to our services will be discontinued.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

12. Changes to Terms

PhotonStream reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
